Chen 26 Simplified

The competition form developed by Master Chen You-tze is a unique blend of old and new frames.

Chen 28

A healthy exercise form developed by David Bao, from New Frame/Road Xin Jia.

42-Style Competitive Form

A 42 competition form combining elements of the four major styles (Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun).


Long Forms

Yang 108

A common long form in the US 

Lao Jia (Old Frame)

Translating as Old Frame/First Road, Lao Jia is divided into two forms: Yi Lu and Er Lu. The first form embodies 40% yang energy and 60% yin, while the second form, also known as Pao Chui, consists of 60% yang and 40% yin. 

Xin Jia (New Frame)

Translating to New Frame, Xin Jia is practiced in two forms: Yi Lu and Er Lu. The first form emphasizes a balance of 40% yang energy and 60% yin, while the second form, also known as Pao Chui, shifts to a ratio of 60% yang and 40% yin. This set emphasizes Chan Su Jing (spiralling energy).
