Tai Chi is a powerful set of movements designed primarily for martial arts, however it is a wonderful Swiss army knife for the benefits of healthy exercise.
Douglas Henry has devoted over 3 decades to practice & study this internal martial art. He is in a constant state of dynamic learning. Starting with CMC style (Cheng Man Ching), he progressed to Yang 108, and in the early 2000's began intensively training in Chen & Fu style Tai Chi.
